Maison spacieuse et très agréable avec ses terrasses et sa piscine. Néanmoins la plage à 100 mètre n'est pas pratiquable il y a beaucoup d'algues. Donc la plage la plus proche se trouve à El Campello à 6 Km environ. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques.

Estimado inquilino,

Sentimos que no haya encontrado la cala más cercana a la vivienda en las mejores condiciones. Efectivamente, cuando sopla "levante" el mar trae algas a la playa, pero esto es algo que nosotros, como propietarios no podemos evitar. En cualquier caso, a pocos metros de esta cala existen más calitas (más resguardadas) que no presentan problema de algas cuando sopla levante (tomamos nota para dar esta información a los próximos
inquilinos). Muchas gracias, en cualquier caso, por sus comentarios.

The house lives full up to the description, and more. It is a nice and quiet place. We were with10 persons (2 families) and it was verry nice that the house has 2 bedrooms and 3 separate annex arround the house. Perfect for big families. The places near, are very beautiful. It is easy to take the tram to the other towns and the beach.(great beach). The owner was very helpful with all things, soo absolute a place to recommend. Kristina and Anders,

We would highly recommend this house to everyone. The description of the house is exactly wat you get, and more. The owner was very, very helpful to organize extra things we wanted. He had good suggestions for trips and shops.You don´t need a car, there is a tram station (a 2 min walk away) and you get everywhere along the coast (Alicante - Benidorm - Altea) and it isn´t expensive (take a return ticket)

Wij hebben met drie gezinnen de herfstvakantie doorgebracht in dit huis en het was in één woord fantastisch!
Het huis ligt heel centraal, vlakbij de zee en naast een tramhalte (waar je overigens totaal geen geluidsoverlast van hebt), waardoor je binnen een half uurtje in hartje Alicante staat.
Het huis was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Kortom een aanrader!!!!

me ha gustado muchisimo la casa ,es ideal para dos familias puesto que pueden estar independientes,el jardin estupendo amplio, la sra que lo alquila encantadora.espero volver pronto.
