The villa boasts two elegant suites: one with two single beds and one with a double bed, both featuring en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. Additionally, there is another double bedroom and a full bathroom, also with a bathtub, as well as a convenient guest WC. The spacious living and dining area, with seating for up to 8 people, creates the perfect setting for moments of togetherness and relaxation. Six extra guests can be accommodated on comfortable sofa beds or divans. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer, adds extra convenience during your stay.

The outdoor area of Villa Monchique Royal is equally inviting, featuring a private pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers—perfect for relaxing under the mountain sun. An outdoor dining area with tables, chairs, and a portable barbecue invites guests to enjoy meals al fresco with family or friends. The large parking area provides ample space for multiple vehicles.

Starting in 2025, guests will be able to enjoy even more luxury amenities, including a jacuzzi and a heated pool, further enhancing relaxation and enjoyment during their stay.

We welcome pets, with the condition that guests take responsibility for any potential damages.

Having a heated pool is always an added benefit for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than without heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (although there is flexibility for shorter stays during the low season).

Group security deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% handling, insurance, and filing fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions.

Prices are based on up to 6 guests.
For the 7th to 12th guests, an additional fee applies, which includes an extra bed (€91 each, per week), or for young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (€21 each, per week).

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
