Apartment Niya features a modern open-plan living and dining area, with a balcony where you can enjoy outdoor moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to easily prepare meals.

With two double en-suite bedrooms, both with private balconies and a utility area, the apartment provides a spacious and private environment for all guests.

Air conditioning throughout the property ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Guests can also enjoy a large shared pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the Algarve sun.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-out time: 10:00

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, flexibility may be offered during the low season).

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (although flexibility may be offered during the low season).

Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6nd guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€105 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a cot is available for €21 each, per week.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
