With a capacity to accommodate up to 4+2 people, this exquisite two-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor, is ideal for families or small groups. The additional two guests can be accommodated for an extra charge, offering greater flexibility during your stay. Every detail has been carefully considered to meet the most demanding expectations, from the spacious living/dining room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (where the extra guests can stay) and TV, to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and utensils necessary for a worry-free stay.

The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both with double beds and built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has direct access to the front patio, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sun while having breakfast. The full bathroom, with shower and bathtub, ensures all the comfort you need.

The balcony is equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying grilled meals prepared with fresh produce from the Portimão market while relaxing outdoors.

In addition, guests have access to the exclusive Oasis Parque leisure center, just a 4-minute walk from the apartment, where they can enjoy the indoor pool (heated from October to April), jacuzzi, outdoor pools for adults and children, tennis courts, playground, and coffee shop.

Located in a quiet area of Portimão, the apartment is close to restaurants, cafés, and the region’s stunning beaches. For added convenience, we recommend renting a car, a service we can help arrange. However, local taxis are readily available at affordable prices, and we can provide the necessary contacts.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). The changeover day for this property is Saturday (although there may be flexibility in the low season).

Check-in time: Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Group security deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €250 per person. A reservation processing, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking fees (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pool access card for the 5th and 6th guests: €5 per day.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.

In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
From November 1 to March 31: €1 per person per night.
From April 1 to October 31: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum of 7 nights.
