Upon entering Apartment Portofino 1, you’ll find a modern and fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, and Delta Q coffee machine, so you can easily prepare your favorite meals and drinks.

The bedroom includes two single beds, creating a peaceful setting for a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom is equipped with a practical and comfortable shower base. The living and dining area is designed for maximum comfort, with a dining table for four and a spacious sofa with three seats—perfect for relaxing or socializing with family and friends.

Changeover day for this property is Thursday (flexible during low season).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Group deposits: Subject to approval with a deposit of €150 per person.
A handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.

In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From 1 November to 31 March: €1 per person per night.
From 1 April to 31 October: €2 per person per night.
This tax is only applicable to guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum charge period of 5 nights.
