Maison entièrement équipée à 500 m de la plage

Cette villa est très belle, parfaitement propre et très bien aménagée. Le jardin est également parfaitement entretenu. La propriété est entièrement clôturée et sans vis-à-vis. La vue sur l'océan depuis le jardin est juste magique. De plus, rosa est une personne extrêmement gentille, qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Le seul petit point négatif serait que la rue est très passante et les trottoirs étroits, ce qui pourrait poser problème pour une poussette ou un fauteuil roulant. Pour notre part, nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de ce séjour dans la quinta do mar. Si un jour nous souhaiterions revenir dans cette belle région, nous reviendrons dans cette villa sans hésiter

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the moment of our arrival, when Rosa welcomed us warmly with local soap, wine, coffee and fresh fruit. The house had fresh flowers from the garden and was spotlessly clean and well equipped (we found a spare eu plug adapter for our phone, there were all the kitchen essentials). After greeting us, we were left to enjoy our holiday, but knew that we had a contact if needed. Mid week our towels were changed and everywhere made tidy. It was great to have a shower room and another bathroom - the jacuzzi bath was a great hit with the kids. The spacious and comfortable living room and all the bedrooms open onto the lovely garden, and the pool is fabulous. We spent hours in and around the pool and using the barbecue (charcoal was left out for us) - but making time to walk down to the little beach at Azenhas do Mar and go in the saltwater pool and have ices and drinks at the beach bar. This little place has lots to offer - there is a shop with supplies and lots of fresh produce and bread, a good local butcher as well. At the top of the steps to the sea there is a great little snack bar selling wonderful pasteis de natas and coffees among other things. We ate out at Agua e Sal and had fresh fish and excellent wine. (pop in and book before you go, it is popular) Nearby are some great beaches of Praia Grande and Praias Das Macas, lots of waves (and lifeguards). We also took the tram up the hill to Sintra, which is very beautiful, and went to Lisbon for a day (just an hour's drive). All in all a wonderful holiday. Comenzamos valorando enormemente el recibimiento de Rosa desde el momento en el q hicimos la reseva. La casa está magníficamente equipada (electrodomésticos,menaje,toallas,manteles... y todo disponible) y muy limpia tanto el interior como el exterior. Sin embargo, nuestras expectativas no se cumplieron en varios sentidos: La ubicación de la casa: - El acceso a la casa es difícil y peligroso está al borde de una carretera muy estrecha por donde pasan los coches muy rápido y además sin aceras.En ese sentido, una persona tiene q estar fuera indicando si pasan coches para entrar y salir con el coche. Para personas mayoes diría q es muy poco indicado. - El coche es imprescindible - Hemos estado en el mes de junio y hay bastante ruído de tráfico - El entorno es bonito y el pueblecito Azenhas do Mar es precioso pero la urbanización de la zona no nos gustó nada. La casa: - Desde nuestro punto de vista, es muy sencilla, como un bungalow de playa . Todo muy pulcro y puesto con mucho esmero y estamos seguros que con mucha dedicación, pero muy sencillo .

Deze accommodatie is heel leuk en heel netjes, alles prima geregeld, goede afspraken en geen enkel probleem. Heel veel privecy.

Estuvimos 4 días en dicha casa y tengo que decir que la casa es exquisita en cada detalle. Es una casa ideal, la decoración perfecta y no le falta un detalle. Los jardines y la piscina son gloriosos y las vistas preciosas. Nos encanto la casa y la dueña realmente encantadora. Conclusión: Una casa de diseño en una posición perfecta. We were 4 days there and i have to say that the house is exquisite in every detail. The garden and the pool are lovely , the same as the views. The owner is a lovely nice lady that make you feel in home. We were really please with the house . So a real designer house in a perfect location.

Wir hatten dieses Haus angefragt, es war aber nicht mehr frei .Die Vermieterin hat uns aber ein seehr schönes Ersatzhaus in der gleichen Gegend angeboten. Das Haus hat zwar keine direkte Meersicht aber sonst allen Komfort inkl Swimmingpool und Kamin. Sprechen Sie mit Frau Bastos, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man eine Mietwagen hat. 15 Minuten bis Sintra undann ne halbe Stunde mit Zug oder Auto nach Lissabon 20 Minuten bis Cascais. für Abwechslung ist also gesorgt...

I stayed at this house with 5 friends and we had a lovely time- the house is very comfy and well-equipped (and all the bedrooms have patio doors onto the garden), the owner is very helpful and friendly, and the beaches nearby are beautiful.

This holiday home is just perfect:the house is beautiful, the owner is very nice, the sea view is fantastic and Azenhas do Mar is a lovely little town! We enjoyed a great Easter week in this house. The kitchen is fully equipped - with microwave, oven, dish washer and really good pots an pans and everything else. We'd come back any time!

We had such a wonderful time that we are already looking forward to the next possibility to come back. Everything was perfect, the place, the house, the ocean and the kindness of the owners. Wonderful!

Nos hemos alojado en esta maravillosa casa entre el 2 y el 16 de octubre de 2010 y han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas. Lo primero es que Rosa, la encargada de gestionar su alquiler, es una mujer encantadora que se preocupa hasta por el último detalle y que siempre está disponible. Lo segundo es que su hija, propietaria de la casa, es igualmente encantadora y te recibe a la llegada con unos deliciosos obsequios. Su casa está al lado -aunque no los ves en todo el día y ni te acuerdas- pero si necesitas algo, allí están. Nosotros viajábamos con un bebé de 13 meses y lo que más nos preocupaba es que la casa estuviera bien equipada para no tener que cargar en el coche con todos los trastos, y efectivamente la casa lo está: desde la cuna a la trona, pasando por la bañera y hasta los juguetes, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, y no sólo para el bebé sino para cualquier cosa: vajilla, cacharros, azúcar... ¡hasta bolsitas para envolver si te haces un sandwich! En cuanto a su ubicación, es perfecta, porque tienes cerca todo lo más importante para ver y está muy bien comunicada, contando con unas carreteras por la costa realmente espectaculares. La limpieza de la casa es magnífica y la tienda está a dos minutos caminando, donde también hay una carnicería con muy buenos productos. No sé que más contar, salvo que mi marido y yo estamos de acuerdo en que es una de las casas más bonitas y equipadas en las que nos hemos alojado. Gracias Rosa por una estancia maravillosa! Esperamos repetir!
