Excellent 270 m² accommodation, very close to the center of Ericeira, with a swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It has a living room with a fireplace, sofa, TV and dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, two bathrooms with a shower (one of them on the garage floor) and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Outdoor, it has a pleasant terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and swimming pool. It also has internet access (wifi), a hair dryer and an iron. It is located 900m from the beach of S. Sebastião and the square of S. Sebastião where you will find a supermarket, cafes with a terrace, restaurants, a barbecue, among other shops. The Ribeira D\'Ilhas beach is 3km away.

Note 1: The swimming pool can be heated upon guest request, with an additional cost, not included in the presented value, of 40€/night.

Note 2: We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is 150€/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of 2.40€ in the high season (May 1 to October 31) and 1.20€ in the low season (November 1 to April 30). The payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
