Excellent duplex apartment in Ericeira, with 107 m2, right in front of the sea, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
On the ground floor, it has a living room with a sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower in the suite and a balcony.
The upper floor is an open space with a living area and 1 bed. This floor also has access to the house\'s terrace.
It is located in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool, located right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the center of Ericeira to the Foz do Lizandro Beach. In this way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without having to use the car, just walking or cycling to the beach or to the center of Ericeira.
The nearest sandy beaches to the condominium are the Sul beach, which is 1km away, and the Foz do Lizandro beach, which is 1.5km away.
The center of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.4km from the condominium.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the price charged for the accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
