The Villa Eagles Nest is a private residence located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Algarve, in Cerro de Águia. This majestic property features five bedrooms, a vast garden, free Wi-Fi, and a private pool (heatable as an optional extra).

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms serve this floor. The bright living room, furnished with sofas, chairs, and TV, is ideal for socialising. The elegantly decorated dining room provides the perfect setting for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils and appliances, such as an oven, coffee machine, and toaster. A pantry complements this space.

On the first floor, there is the fifth en-suite bedroom, with a double bed and closet. The games room, equipped with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, ensures entertainment for all guests. The exterior is truly spectacular, with magnificent gardens, pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area.

The Villa Eagles Nest offers a tranquil environment to enjoy meals and relax while appreciating stunning views. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses, it ensures a comfortable and convenient stay.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 10 people.
From the 11th to the 14th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
