Discover Villa Alice, a charming retreat located in the picturesque parish of Albufeira and Guia, perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This spacious and well-equipped property is ideal for groups and families seeking a warm and tranquil environment.

Villa Alice features two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a cozy twin bedroom. Additionally, a separate annex by the pool offers two more twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, providing extra space and privacy for all guests.

The common areas are designed to maximize comfort and togetherness. The open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for leisure moments and shared meals. Outside, you’ll find a charming porch with a dining table, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals while taking in the pool view. A barbecue area is also available for your gatherings.

The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout your stay, regardless of the season.

Please note that Villa Alice does not accept young groups. Only groups where the majority of guests are 25 years old or older are welcome. Additionally, pets are not allowed. The accommodation is ideal for up to 8 guests, with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional guests if needed.

Additional Information

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us before making a reservation so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Timings and Rules

Check-in time: Saturday from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out time: 10:00
The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (there may be flexibility during the low season)
Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card)
A booking, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.

Pricing

Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€105 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a crib is available for €21 each, per week.

The administrative fee for date changes is €150.
