Located in the prestigious Alto do Golfe area in Vilamoura, this elegant villa is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the Algarve.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and garden views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a double en-suite bedroom with air conditioning and a separate bathroom with shower.

Upstairs, two double en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning offer maximum comfort. One of them features a balcony overlooking the garden and the shared pool. On the lower level, there is an additional double bedroom with portable climate control.

The private terrace features a lounge area, dining table, parasol and a portable BBQ – perfect for al fresco meals. Direct access to the shared pool is a real plus, and pool towels are provided for added convenience.

The property also includes an electric gate and private parking for two cars. It is located just minutes from Falésia Beach, Vilamoura Marina, and renowned golf courses.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

Prices for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €28 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
