Once inside this beautiful and spacious 4th floor apartment the quality furnishings and unfettered sea views more than make up for the urban location. An eclectic collection of furniture and ornaments throughout create an personal, exotic place to unwind. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The "conservatory" makes a great place to eat inside/outside, although it can become oppressively hot in the afternoon. Although you can walk to the train station for the 1+ hour journey to Porto, we found a car essential, especially for the supermarket and better beaches on the other side of the bay. It is worth noting that the WiFi was frustratingly erratic, although most of the wonderful patisseries downtown offered it.

O apartamento é simplesmente fantástico. Muito Confortável e a vista simplesmente maravilhosa. Muito sossegado, e com um pôr do sol lindo!!!!!! Bem localizado com fácil acesso aos pontos mais interessantes de Viana.

It's a superb flat with a lot of comfort and splendid views over the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. Good connection by foot to the city center and by car to various beaches. We spent a wonderful and refreshing time!! I can recommend this flat without reservations.

This is a lovely apartment close to the tram stop, which is easy for access to the city of Porto. The family who own the apartment greeted us on arrival and were lovely. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
