The Caracas 2 Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment located in a recently built complex in Albufeira. Due to the proximity of all essential amenities, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, the perfect choice for a stress-free holiday.

This superb apartment can accommodate 4 + 2 people, located on the first floor, with access by elevator and stairs, it has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower), a spacious dining/living room with a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and outdoor dining.

The Caracas 2 apartment also has free internet, air conditioning and a private outdoor parking space for cars.

The inviting common outdoor pool is ideal for sunbathing, tanning and relaxing.

Due to the central location of this apartment, all amenities are within a short distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, beaches, with the nearest (Praia dos Alemães) only a 12-minute walk away.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation, upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).

Group deposit: €130 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking fee, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.

Prices are for up to 4 people.
From the 5th to the 6th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €98 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applicable.
