The Townhouse Moreton is a charming 4-bedroom house, boasting a privileged location in the Oasis Park complex, one of the best condominiums in the Algarve. Perfect for families seeking relaxing holidays, this house is a short drive from Portimão centre and the magnificent beaches of Rocha, Vau, and Alvor.
This wonderful house features 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (1 en-suite) and 1 with 2 single beds, and has 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
In the splendid and charming living/dining room, you can enjoy a relaxing meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you will find a patio surrounded by a beautiful garden.
This house also offers free internet, air conditioning, and a games room on the lower floor, where you can enjoy a nice game of snooker.
This exceptional complex offers a wonderful leisure centre with an indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Park clients. Outdoors, you will also find a pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
Due to its location in the tranquil area of Portimão, this apartment is a short distance from all amenities, restaurants, cafés, and charming beaches of Alvor, Vau, and Praia de Rocha, as well as the city centres of Portimão and Alvor.
Car rental is recommended, and if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
Prices are for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 10th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
Pool access card has an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, from the 7th to the 10th person.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
