Ideally located in Armação de Pêra, this exquisite villa offers breathtaking sea views and is just 750m from the finest golden sandy beaches.

Designed with every detail in mind, it has all the features to turn an ordinary holiday into an extraordinary experience. The heated pool is accessible directly from the living room, while the outdoor area boasts a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining with sea views while keeping an eye on the children in the pool.

Inside, the villa offers air conditioning (cooling and heating), a stylish living and dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and an impressive games room with a pool table, foosball, and table tennis, ensuring fun for all ages.

Located in a peaceful residential area, the villa is within walking distance of the village center and beaches, where you can enjoy a beautiful seafront promenade lined with shops, bars, restaurants, and even an art museum.

The nearest beach, Praia de Armação de Pêra, is just an 8-minute walk away and stretches all the way to Galé, Albufeira, making it the longest sandy beach in central Algarve. Here, you'll find beachfront restaurants, water sports activities, and much more.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 12 people.
From the 13th to the 20th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
