The Villa Hollywood is a unique property located in a tranquil rural area in Branqueira, just 10 minutes from the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday. This fantastic villa is perfect for families and friends, offering privacy with an apartment on the first floor and two independent annexes.

The main house, on the ground floor, includes 4 bedrooms and an open-plan living area. There is an en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds. This floor also has two bathrooms. The bright living room provides access to the pool. There is a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is an independent apartment with two bedrooms (one twin with a balcony and one double), a living and dining area with access to an external terrace and an equipped kitchen.

The two annexes have their own kitchens. One includes a double bedroom and bathroom; the other, completely independent, has a twin bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The shared outdoor area includes a fantastic heatable pool (optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra), garden, sun loungers, barbecue area, and outdoor dining space.

Branqueira is located a few minutes from Santa Eulália Beach and the golf course. The Oura Strip, famous for its nightlife, bars, and restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive away. This stunning villa offers the perfect retreat, combining tranquillity and proximity to the wonderful Algarve beaches.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices for up to 18 people.
The 19th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
