The Sydney Apartment is a modern and spacious holiday apartment (with capacity for 4 + 2).

A short distance from the charming village of Alvor, this 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and has a shared swimming pool.

Access to the pool and garden is made through stairs or elevator to a lower level and then just a few steps to reach the pool area.

The open-plan and well-lit living/dining room features satellite TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and air conditioning. The (separate) fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and utensils, such as oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, as well as washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

In the kitchen, there is also a perfect dining table for breakfast, as well as a balcony and a pantry.

The 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace with outdoor table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. There are two bathrooms, one equipped with bathtub and shower, and another with shower tray.

This magnificent holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of the famous fishing village of Alvor, known for having one of the longest beaches in the Algarve (approx. 5 min drive from the apartment), also known for its wonderful boardwalk along the beach. The nearest golf course, Alto Golf, is just 2 min drive from the apartment. You can find a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Alvor is the ideal area for a relaxing holiday, and although it is a small village, it offers a wide range of good restaurants and a lively nightlife.

Includes free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room (there is also a portable air conditioning unit).

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices up to 4 people.
From 5th to 6th person, an additional value will be charged, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
