Villa Bermudas is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home, offering a privileged location in Quinta da Balaia. With a relaxing atmosphere, and just a 5-minute drive from some of the region's best beaches, Villa Bermudas will undoubtedly be an excellent choice for your holiday.

The property has 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (1 en-suite) and 3 bedrooms with twin beds, in addition to 4 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features two spacious and comfortable living rooms, both with comfortable sofas and a television, as well as two dining rooms, with plenty of space to sit and relax, television with national and international channels, and direct access to the pool and barbecue area. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, gathering family and friends and relaxing in the sun in the incredible private pool (pool heating optional as an extra).

In the outdoor area, you will find a traditional barbecue, perfect for preparing grilled and delicious meals.

The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, a short distance from the centre of Albufeira, Rua dos Bares, Praia da Oura, Santa Eulália and Olhos de Água, as well as a variety of excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and water sports, several golf courses.

This stunning villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway, away from busy tourist centres, but also a short distance from all amenities and the beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Prices for up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
