The upper floor is an open space with a living area and 1 bed. Through this floor, you also have access to the house's terrace. It is located in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool, located right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the center of Ericeira to Praia da Foz do Lizandro. In this way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without needing to use the car, just walking or cycling to the beach or to the center of Ericeira. The closest sandy beaches to the condominium are Praia do Sul, which is 1km away, and Praia da Foz do Lizandro, which is 1.5km away. The center of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, is 1.4km from the condominium.
